We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

This includes, but is not limited to, any damages to surfaces (such as laptops, water bottles, car paint, or walls) resulting from the application or removal of our stickers. You acknowledge that you are applying the stickers at your own risk.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and in no event shall it exceed the total amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arterise and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Arterise service, or to any products sold or distributed by Arterise, will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of the arbitration shall be in Telangana, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
