Shipping Policy for Arterise

Thank you for shopping with us! We are excited to get your stickers to you. This policy outlines everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This is separate from the shipping time.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Domestic Shipping (within India)

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 5-8 business days after dispatch.

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

    • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹499!

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (like holidays).

3. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Support@arterise.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping Address & RTO (Return to Origin)

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address (marked as RTO), we will contact you. Reshipment of the order will require an additional shipping fee. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, we will process it as per our Refund Policy, deducting a flat fee of ₹100 for RTO charges.

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Packages: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us at Support@arterise.in within 72 hours of delivery. As per our Refund Policy, a clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory to process a claim for damage. Please include your order number and attach the required video in your email. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Arterise is not liable for lost or stolen packages once the shipping carrier has marked the item as "Delivered." If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend you:

    1. Check with neighbours, family members, or your apartment office.

    2. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
      We are happy to provide any information needed to assist with your claim.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of India.
