About Our Products

Q1: What are Arterise stickers made of?
A: Our stickers are crafted from high-quality, premium vinyl. This makes them durable, waterproof, scratch-resistant, and perfect for decorating Ipads, Tablets, Phones, laptops, water bottles, notebooks, clipboards, and more. They are designed to withstand the daily wear and tear of a busy medico's life.

Q2: Are your stickers waterproof and weatherproof?
A: Absolutely! The premium vinyl we use is completely waterproof and resistant to fading from sunlight. You can confidently stick them on your water bottles (we recommend hand-washing) or even your vehicle.

Q3: How big are the stickers?
A: Sticker sizes vary by design. The approximate dimensions for each sticker are listed in its product description on the store page. Most of our stickers are designed to be between 2 to 3.5 inches on their longest side, making them the perfect size for most surfaces.

Q4: Will the stickers leave a sticky residue when removed?
A: Our stickers are designed for a clean removal. When you decide to remove them, they should peel off without leaving behind any sticky, messy residue. For best results, peel slowly and carefully.

Q5: How do I apply the sticker for the best results?
A: For a long-lasting stick, follow these simple steps:

  1. Clean the surface: Make sure the area is clean, dry, and free of dust or oils. Rubbing alcohol works great for non-porous surfaces like glass or metal.

  2. Peel the backing: Carefully peel the paper backing off the sticker.

  3. Stick it on: Place the sticker on the surface and press down firmly from the center outwards, smoothing out any air bubbles.

Ordering & Payment

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major prepaid payment methods available in India, including:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Debit Cards

  • UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Major Wallets

Q7: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be paid for in advance through our secure payment gateway. Operating on a prepaid-only model helps us streamline our operations, reduce fulfillment errors, and keep our prices competitive for you.

Q8: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at Support@arterise.in within 2 hours of placing it. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the 2-hour window as the order may already be in the processing stage.

Q9: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship our premium stickers to every corner of India!

Q10: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Delivery times are typically as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days to prepare and pack your order.

  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
    You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Q11: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details and a link to track your package's journey.

Custom & International Orders

Q12: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship our standard store orders only within India. However, we are happy to fulfill custom and bulk orders for international customers!

Q13: How can I place a custom or bulk order?
A: We love working on custom projects! Whether it's for a college event, a hospital department, a conference, or your own unique design idea, we can help. Please get in touch with us via our 'Custom Orders' page or email us directly at Founder@arterise.in with the following details:

  • Design idea or artwork

  • Required quantity

  • Sticker size

  • Your full shipping address (including country)

We will get back to you with a quote and further details.

Returns & Issues

Q14: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if you encounter any issues with the items you receive, please follow the process outlined below.

Q15: What should I do if my order arrived damaged or is missing items?
A: We take great care in packaging your orders securely. However, if you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing, we are here to help.

To be eligible for a free replacement, you must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video. This is a mandatory step for us to process any claim of damage or missing items.

Your unboxing video must clearly show the following:

  • The sealed package from all angles, with the shipping label clearly visible, before you start opening it.

  • The process of you opening the package (breaking the seal).

  • The items being removed from the packaging one by one.

  • A clear view of any damage on the product(s) or a count of the items to show what is missing.

The video must be continuous, without any pauses or edits. This process helps us verify the claim and coordinate with our courier partners, ensuring a fair resolution.

How to file a claim:

  1. Email us at Support@arterise.in within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  2. Use the subject line: "Order Issue - #[Your Order Number]".

  3. In the email, please include your order number and attach the complete unboxing video.

Unfortunately, any claims of damage or missing items submitted without a valid unboxing video as per the criteria above will not be eligible for a replacement.
